Responsibilities

• Review and process vendor setup requests and changes in SAP/Vendor Master Tool.
• Validate banking details, ACH, and wire information for domestic/international vendors.
• Research vendor account issues, gaps, duplicates, and payment impediments.
• Maintain vendor records in SAP with audit forms, legal notices, and lien docs.
• Communicate with vendors and internal contacts via phone and email to resolve issues.
• Track vendor requests to support timely processing and compliance.
