Job summary

Owens & Minor, a global healthcare solutions company, is seeking a Vendor Master Data Administrator in Glen Allen, VA. You will coordinate vendor data requests, validate records, and support SAP/Oracle/Workday systems to ensure accurate supplier information and timely payments.

We require 3–5 years in accounts payable or vendor master data, a high school diploma (Bachelor's preferred), and strong Excel skills. The role offers comprehensive benefits and competitive compensation up to $25/hr.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in accounts payable, vendor master data, or related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Workday) and MS Excel.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy; excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; SOX knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vendor master data requests from business to SAP/Oracle/Workday.
• Validate vendor master data requests for policy conformity.
• Investigate and resolve vendor master data issues; coordinate complex changes.
• Monitor daily requests to ensure timely updates and payments.
• Administer tools, forms and workflow systems for vendor data requests.
• Assist with the reconciliation of annual 1099 reporting.
• Generate and analyze reports on vendor change activity.
• Support Internal Audit with documentation pulled.
