Job summary

SAIC is seeking an Accounts Payable Support Analyst to ensure daily reporting, analysis, and batch processing supporting AP invoices and disbursements. This role reports to the AP Manager and may be remote anywhere in the US.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in AP or accounting, US citizenship, and strong MS Office skills. Responsibilities include ERP/EDI processing and maintaining accuracy in financial records.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting.
• U.S. Citizen required.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily preprocessor runs, AP voucher postings and disbursements.
• Oversee EDI invoice processing and resolve file issues.
• Manage account setup and problem resolution for invoices paid by third parties.
• Review prior-day bank statements to identify items requiring action.
• Validate and reconcile prior-day disbursements and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare monthly management and regulatory reports.
• Maintain invoice workflow approver table as needed.
