Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to join its Shared Services team. This role focuses on generating, maintaining and analyzing AP reports, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring timely processing in a high-volume environment.

The successful candidate will have 4–6+ years in AP, strong knowledge of PO matching, internal controls, and experience with Excel and Power BI. Remote work across the United States is supported, with offices in Newport News, VA as an option.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent Accounts Payable experience.
• 4-6+ years of Accounts Payable experience in a high-volume Shared Services environment.
• Strong knowledge of AP processes, including invoice processing, three-way matching, vendor maintenance, and internal controls.
• Experience supporting SOX compliance and audit activities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate, maintain, and analyze recurring and ad hoc Accounts Payable reports to support operational performance and business objectives.
• Monitor KPIs, including invoice volumes, cycle times, aging reports, and payment trends.
• Collaborate with procurement, operations, and approvers to remove processing barriers and ensure timely invoice approvals.
• Identify opportunities to improve AP processes, workflow efficiency, accuracy, and customer experience.
• Support internal and external audits by compiling required documentation and responding to audit requests.
