Job summary

A growing manufacturing organization is seeking an Accounting Specialist to support core financial operations. This role involves managing accounts payable and receivable, cash management, and various month-end responsibilities. Ideal candidates will have an Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience, strong MS Office skills, and excellent communication and organizational abilities. This full-time position is based in Transfer, PA.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• Knowledge of internal controls; SOX experience a plus.
• Strong ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle Accounts Payable for multiple locations.
• Assist with Accounts Receivable, including invoice preparation.
• Reconcile AP, AR, and cash accounts monthly.
• Prepare journal entries for payables, receivables, and cash.
• Support month-end close and quarterly financial reviews.
• Maintain compliance with internal controls.
