• Proficiency with payroll journals and general ledger reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly payroll for employees, administrators, teachers, and staff.
• Process new hires, terminations, and salary adjustments.
• Advise on benefits (selection handled by others).
• Prepare payroll journal entries and general ledger.
• Reconcile payroll-related GL accounts.
• Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close.
