Job summary

A growing Bitcoin mining company is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage the end-to-end AP lifecycle. Responsibilities include managing invoice processing, supporting monthly closes, ensuring compliance, and improving processes using Tipalti. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, two years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting, and strong skills in GAAP and NetSuite. Qualifications

• Two or more years of accounts payable or general accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full AP lifecycle across all entities, including invoice intake and payment processing.
• Support monthly and quarterly close through AP accruals and reconciliations.
• Execute AP controls, prepare audit-ready workpapers, and support SOX readiness.
• Work in Tipalti and contribute to building out AP policies and procedures.
