Ccgcatv is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to process vendor invoices, reconcile statements, and maintain vendor records. The role supports month-end close and ensures timely, accurate payments in a hybrid remote work environment.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years in accounts payable, strong Excel skills, and experience with SAP or similar ERP systems. A detail-oriented, independent worker who can also collaborate with the finance team is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting.
• Successful working alone in a remote environment.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel to remote locations as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documents.
• Verify approvals and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Prepare and process payments (checks, ACH, wire transfers).
• Maintain and update vendor records.
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and vendor statements.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Respond to vendor and internal inquiries regarding payments.
• Support audits by providing required documentation.
