Qualifications

• 3+ years of bookkeeping, AP, or accounting experience supporting small businesses and/or nonprofits.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts or workflows simultaneously.
• Comfort learning and implementing new software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build and document scalable, repeatable AP workflows for client accounts.
• Lead AP setup for new client engagements.
• Resolve sync issues and improve AP operations efficiency.
