Job summary

Jade Biosciences in the United States is seeking an Accounts Payable & Finance Operations Specialist to design, oversee and administer PO systems, AP operations, cash transactions and bank reconciliations. This remote role reports to the Assistant Controller and partners with budget owners and vendors to ensure accurate processing and timely close.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in AP/procurement/cash management, hands-on ERP/P2P experience, strong internal controls and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in AP, procurement, or cash management.
• Experience with ERP and P2P platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Design, oversee and manage PO lifecycle, approvals and documentation.
• Lead day-to-day AP activities including invoice intake and payment batches.
• Maintain vendor records and support vendor setup and changes.
• Prepare bank and cash reconciliations and assist month-end close.
• Support cash forecasting and ad hoc Finance projects.
