Job summary

REP Fitness is seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Analyst to own the full-cycle AP function in the US operations, overseeing AP processes, systems, and vendor relationships. This role drives month-end close, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Purchasing, and international teams.

You will manage AP execution, vendor communications, and documentation, ensuring timely, accurate payments and compliant reporting in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• 5+ years of progressive Accounts Payable experience.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite.

Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle Accounts Payable including vendor onboarding and invoice processing.
• Lead NetSuite AP environment improvements and automation initiatives.
• Manage month-end close deliverables for AP within 5 business days.
• Maintain vendor master data and support annual 1099 reporting.
• Assist with internal audits and SOP documentation.
