Job summary

MediaNews Group is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to manage the review and processing of invoices and check requests within our digital workflow and Oracle Fusion ERP. This role requires residing in Colorado or Ohio, with eligibility for remote work.

The position offers a starting hourly range of $17.00 to $18.50, plus benefits including medical, dental, life and disability insurance, 401k, paid time off and holidays. Strong data entry and policy adherence are essential.

Qualifications

• Review and process invoices and check requests within the digital workflow.
• Verify invoices for quantity, unit pricing, extensions and discounts.
• Enter invoices into Oracle Fusion AP system.
• Follow policies and procedures for accounts payable.

Responsibilities

• Review and process electronic invoices and check requests.
• Enter invoices into Oracle Fusion Accounts Payable.
• Ensure GL coding accuracy for non-PO invoices.
• Adhere to AP policies and procedures.
