Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia is hiring an Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Clerk in Decatur, GA. You will process invoices, expenses, and customer invoices, assign GL codes, and ensure timely payments within our ERP system.

Qualifications

• 3+ years accounts payable experience (ERP).
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• PC proficient with ERP and strong Excel skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices, expense reports, and customer invoices in ERP.
• Assign GL codes and obtain approvals when PO not established.
• Match invoices to POs; verify vendor, amounts, quantities, and codes.
• Reconcile vendor statements and assist internal/external audits.
• Respond to routine inquiries from vendors and internal customers.
• Process and record receipts; maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare AR/AP reports and ensure timely intercompany entries.
• Maintain financial databases and filing systems.
