Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field and 3 years’ AP experience.
• Experience with general ledger and month-end closing.
• Strong vendor and customer communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Validate and route invoices timely.
• Post AP transactions to GL; reconcile subsidiary ledger to GL.
• Prepare 1099s and obtain W-9 information from vendors.
• Review rent schedules and prepare monthly accruals.
• Prepare weekly check file and coordinate payments with vendors.
• Generate AP reports and assist with year-end filings.
