Job summary

TalentBridge is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Analyst to join its accounting team. This direct-hire role offers a primarily remote work arrangement with occasional onsite requirements in Ballantyne, NC, near Charlotte.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive accounts payable experience in a high-volume environment.
• Strong knowledge of full-cycle AP, vendor management, and reconciliations.
• Experience with ERP accounting systems and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounts payable activities for multiple locations.
• Code and enter vendor invoices, ensuring accurate GL classifications.
• Monitor terms, resolve discrepancies and maximize vendor discounts.
• Reconcile AP balances, vendor statements, and supporting docs.
• Prepare AP aging reports and cash disbursement forecasts.
• Support month-end and year-end close and internal audits.
• Assist with training new AP team members and process improvements.
