Conduent is seeking an Accounts Payable Associate to join our remote team. This part-time role focuses on auditing supplier claims, validating costs, and preparing detailed audit reports for stakeholders.

A proactive, analytical mindset and strong Excel skills are essential for success. Key duties include reviewing POs, invoices, and payments; coordinating with plants, suppliers, and buyers; and maintaining accurate AP documentation while ensuring timely resolutions.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of related professional experience.
• Experience in auditing, finance, purchasing, procurement, or cost analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Conditional Formatting).
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple claim reviews and meet deadlines independently.
• Background check clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Review and audit supplier obsolescence and cancellation claims.
• Validate costs and ensure compliance with contract terms.
• Prepare audit files and recommendations.
