Job summary

Topstep LLC, based in the United States, is seeking an AP Accountant to manage vendor invoices from receipt to payment, ensuring accurate three-way matching and proper GL coding in Bill.com and NetSuite. You will resolve discrepancies with vendors and support monthly AP aging and audit readiness.

The role requires 1–3+ years in accounts payable, a relevant degree, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work independently within a close finance team.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting.
• Experience matching invoices to purchase orders and receiving documentation (three-way match).
• Proficiency with ERP software (NetSuite), Bill processing tools, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices from receipt to payment with three-way matching and accurate coding.
• Enter invoice data into Bill.com and NetSuite with GL codes and department allocations.
• Prepare and process payments per terms and workflows; assist with AP aging and audits.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for AP procedures, including subsidiary allocations.
