Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with 1-3+ years of accounts payable experience.
• Proficiency in NetSuite, Bill.com, and Microsoft Excel with strong attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and ability to manage multiple invoices and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices from receipt through payment, ensuring proper GL coding and complex allocations across subsidiaries.
• Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies and oversee the finance email inbox for request routing.
• Prepare monthly AP aging, maintain audit-ready records, and support internal controls.
