Job summary

Guardian Life is seeking an Annuity Account Manager to serve as the primary relationship manager for third-party distribution partners, driving annuity sales growth and ensuring a seamless onboarding and ongoing account experience across partner firms.

You will educate partners on Guardian annuity products, collaborate with internal teams on launches, monitor activity, and identify opportunities to expand distribution while maintaining high partner satisfaction and trust.

Qualifications

• Excellent relationship management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Able to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with CRM tools, sales reporting, and Microsoft Office.
• Willing to obtain FINRA licenses (Series 6/7, 63/66) if not licensed yet.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with third-party distribution partners to drive annuity sales and asset growth.
• Act as the primary point of contact for product, operational, and relationship needs across partner firms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support onboarding, launches, and ongoing servicing.
• Educate partners and advisors on Guardian annuity products, positioning, and value propositions.
