Guardian Life is seeking an Annuity Product Manager (Hybrid) to lead development of annuity product specifications, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure accurate system configurations across Transcend and ALIP. The role requires expert knowledge, extensive experience in financial services, and strong communication skills.

The position offers a hybrid in-office schedule (3 days/week) in Holmdel/Bethlehem, NY, with opportunities to influence product launches and client-facing

Qualifications

• Expert-level knowledge of annuity product design, administration systems, and product configurations.
• BA/BS or equivalent work experience; strong writing and proofreading skills.
• 10+ years in financial services, 5+ years with policy administration systems; advanced MS Office skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead the development of detailed specifications for new annuity products and enhancements, driving consensus among cross-functional stakeholders on features and rules.
• Evaluate new product concepts for operational and technical feasibility.
• Review and approve contract, rider, and prospectus language for consistency with product specifications.
• Develop and maintain illustration systems for products.
• Problem resolution and exception request reviews.
