Job summary

Guardian Life is seeking an Annuity Account Manager who will serve as the primary relationship manager for third‑party distribution partners, including broker‑dealers, banks, and RIAs. You will drive annuity sales growth, support onboarding, and coordinate with product and operations to ensure a seamless partner experience.

You will educate partners on Guardian annuity products, monitor sales activity, and provide insights to leadership while collaborating with cross‑functional teams on launches

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in annuities, insurance, wealth management, or third-party distribution.
• Strong understanding of fixed, indexed, and/or variable annuities.
• Experience with broker-dealers, banks, RIAs, or similar institutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with third-party distribution partners to drive annuity sales and asset growth.
• Serve as primary point of contact for product, operations, and relationship needs across partner firms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support onboarding, launches, and ongoing servicing.
• Educate partners and advisors on Guardian annuity products, positioning, and value propositions.
