Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in life/annuity product distribution; 5+ years preferred.
• Designations CLU, ChFC, CFP preferred.
• Strong relationship management, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willing to travel 50%+ of the time.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow relationships with agents and agencies to increase revenue from life and annuity sales.
• Consult and advise agencies to provide value-added strategies and campaigns to achieve growth goals.
• Develop business plans in targeted markets to acquire, grow, and strengthen distribution relationships.
• Establish and manage strong working relationships with internal and external partners to provide enhanced customer service for sales and service operations.
• Onboard new relationships with National Life Group to quickly grow and develop business.
