Job summary

The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America is seeking an Annuity Account Manager to serve as the primary relationship manager for Guardian Annuities’ third-party distribution partners, including broker-dealers, banks, and RIAs. You will drive annuity sales growth, strengthen partner relationships, and oversee onboarding, product support, and ongoing account management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in annuities, insurance, wealth management, or third-party distribution.
• Experience working with broker-dealers, banks, RIAs, or other third-party financial institutions.
• Strong relationship management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, sales reporting, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with third-party distribution partners to drive annuity sales.
• Oversee onboarding, product launches, and ongoing account servicing.
• Educate partners and their advisors on Guardian annuity products and value propositions.
• Monitor sales activity and performance data; provide insights to leadership.
• Collaborate with internal teams on onboarding, pricing updates, and strategic initiatives.
• Resolve issues promptly to maintain partner satisfaction.
