Job summary

DaMar Staffing is seeking a remote Certified Coder III - Anesthesia to perform complex daily CPT, HCPC, and ICD10 coding for inpatient, outpatient, and clinical charge documents related to Anesthesiology, Pain Management, and Critical Care procedures. This full-time role requires interpreting physician notes to ensure accurate billable services.

Ideal candidates hold CPC or CCS credentials with at least three years of anesthesia coding experience and strong CPT/ICD-10-CM/HCPCS proficiency.

Qualifications

• Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or Certified Coding Specialist (CCS).
• Three (3) years of coding experience, specifically in Anesthesia coding.
• Strong skills in CPT, ICD-10-CM, and HCPCS professional coding applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth coding of medical documents, converting notes and diagnoses into appropriate CPT, HCPC, and ICD10 codes
• Ensure accurate capture of all billable services by interpreting physician notes and diagnoses
• Collaborate with the Revenue Cycle department to support the organization's mission of outstanding patient care
