Job summary

Rain is seeking a mid-level Manager, Analytics to lead a team of analysts and drive data-driven marketing optimization for clients. You will oversee measurement plan development, test designs, and campaign reporting across digital and offline channels.

You will advance AI-enabled analytics workflows, build dashboards, and present insights to internal teams and clients. Remote work is offered, with travel as needed and preference for Central/Eastern time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience delivering marketing analytics solutions.
• Experience with digital and offline analytics and reporting.
• Mastery of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe).
• Experience with SEM platforms (Google Ads, Bing).
• Experience with Linear & CTV data and measurement methodologies.
• Dashboard software mastery (Adverity, PowerBI, Tableau).
• Experience using AI-enabled tools or automation to support analytics workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the analytics team to enhance capabilities.
• Own measurement plan development and insight presentation to clients.
• Design dashboards to track campaign performance and trends.
• Mine data and create analyses to explain outcomes and implications.
• Produce reports and identify data anomalies for clients.
• Support new business pitches with analytics strategy and testing recommendations.
• Collaborate with account teams to translate requirements into deliverables.
