Job summary

Omniscient Digital seeks an experienced analytics lead to own audits, implementation, and measurement strategy for enterprise client programs. You will integrate Adobe Analytics, GA4, and product analytics tools, build attribution models, and deliver actionable insights to executives.

You will also design reporting, train strategists, and develop BI dashboards used by client teams, while shaping the future of organic growth analytics at the agency. This fully remote role overlaps US ET hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in an enterprise Adobe environment with production-level implementation.
• Hands-on with GA4 and product analytics tools like Amplitude.
• Ability to write SQL and query across data sources to answer business questions.
• Ability to audit, prioritize, and fix analytics implementations end-to-end.
• Comfortable communicating findings to client executives and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own analytics audits and implementation across web and product analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, CJA, GA4, and data layer.
• Build an attribution view linking organic/AI search to revenue and client outcomes.
• Run advanced analyses, funnels, cohorts, and segmentation; craft actionable insights.
• Enrich client reporting with standardized processes and training for strategists.
• Create BI dashboards in client-native tools and ensure adoption by stakeholders.
• Be the senior data partner on enterprise accounts, presenting to executives and guiding strategy.
• Support experimentation design and analysis, including CRO and AI experimentation.
• Enable client-side teams with assessments, workshops, and training.
• Help define what analytics/services you can credibly sell with leadership.
