Affirm is seeking an Analytics Lead for Deposit Fraud Risk, a remote, full-time director-level role. You will own the fraud performance for depository products, monitor losses and approval rates, and work with Product, Engineering, ML, and Risk to optimize fraud controls.

Strong SQL and Python skills and 7+ years of analytics are required. You will build data models and dashboards to provide clear visibility into risk, portfolio health, and emerging issues, while leading cross-functional

Qualifications

• 7+ years of analytics experience
• Fluent in SQL and Python
• Strong cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences

Responsibilities

• Own fraud performance metrics for depository products (loss rate, approval rate, false positives)
• Build and maintain scalable data models and transformation pipelines (DBT)
• Develop dashboards, scorecards, and monitoring for portfolio health and risks
• Partner with Product, Engineering, ML, Data Eng, Fraud Ops and Risk to improve fraud strategies
