Job summary

Affirm is seeking an experienced Fraud Analytics leader to own fraud performance for depository products. You will build scalable data models, dashboards, and monitoring frameworks to track fraud losses, approvals, and false positives across a remote-first work model in the United States.

The role requires 7+ years of analytics experience, fluency in SQL and Python, and strong cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, ML, and Risk teams to enhance fraud strategies and product

Responsibilities

• Own fraud performance metrics for depository products, including losses, approvals, and false positives.
• Build data models and dashboards to monitor fraud, portfolio health, and risks.
• Develop and optimize fraud rules, policies, and models in collaboration with Product, Engineering, and ML teams.
• Lead testing and measurement of fraud strategy changes with pre- and post-implementation evaluation.
• Partner across Product, Engineering, ML, Data Engineering, Fraud Operations, and Risk to improve fraud strategies.
