Job summary

Ford Motor Company is seeking a visionary leader to integrate data strategy, BI, and customer analytics into a unified global center. You will architect an AI-first insights engine, build a proactive team, and work with FCSD business leaders to accelerate EBIT and improve operational execution.

You will drive a future-state operating model, orchestrate internal and external talent, and embed a culture of proactive advisory and data-driven decision making across dealerships and customer

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in business analytics, data strategy or BI
• Minimum 5 years leading global, multi-tier teams of 20+ including vendors
• Experience leading a technology-focused team through transformation
• Deep knowledge of modern cloud environments and AI-enabled analytics pipelines
• Migration of legacy reporting to modern cloud platforms

Responsibilities

• Design the Future Organization by integrating reporting and data teams globally
• Orchestrate a blended internal and external talent ecosystem
• Lead cultural transformation toward proactive advisory partner
• Position Data Analytics and BI as a premier service function to drive EBIT and operations
• Shift from manual spreadsheet sharing to dynamic, predictive BI insights
• Oversee KPIs and AI-driven visualization for performance tracking
• Own data governance and single version of truth across units
• Consolidate dealer and CX data into a unified strategy
• Synthesize VoC and industry benchmarks for leadership visibility
• Define long-term dealer-partner data sharing with secure pipelines
• Establish AI-first analytics culture and scalable modeling
• Collaborate with Ford Central Tech teams to modernize the stack
