Job summary

Ford Motor Company is seeking an Analytics Scientist to lead end-to-end data product development for analytics consumption within the Ford Customer Service Division. The role requires collaboration with data scientists and business stakeholders to drive growth and customer satisfaction, while ensuring data governance and scalable design.

The position is hybrid, with work from home and the Dearborn worksite, and requires residing within a reasonable commuting distance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 5 years of progressive experience in data analytics/BI with SQL, data mining, and reporting.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Qlikview, Business Objects, Cognos).
• Experience with ETL and data warehousing in big data environments (Teradata, Hadoop, Informatica).
• Knowledge of data governance and privacy regulations (CCPA, GDPR).
• Ability to translate high-level design into functional specifications and build scalable data models.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of end-to-end development of data products to support analytics consumption.
• Lead data analysis and discovery with analytics teams to gather requirements.
• Collaborate with data scientists and business stakeholders to drive growth and customer satisfaction.
• Architect and develop scalable data models and data products for diverse use cases.
• Ensure data governance, security, and compliance across platforms.
