Avantor is hiring a Sales Specialist to drive opportunities and close business in the analytical chemistry space across TX and nearby southern states. The role requires a chemistry degree and 3+ years in chromatography, with field-based duties and travel to customer sites.

You will work within a matrixed sales team, leveraging Salesforce/SAP and MS Office to meet customer needs, attend regional meetings, and build long-term partnerships with manufacturers and experts.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3+ years chromatography experience.
• Firm understanding of analytical chemistry marketplace (HPLC, LC/MS, GC, GC/MS, FPLC, flash, purification, spectroscopy, ICP, wet chemistry, etc.).
• Holder of a valid Driver's License.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations minimum 5 days a week; travel throughout the South-Central region of the U.S.
• MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Salesforce and SAP experience; sales experience in a matrixed environment.

Responsabilidades

• Support regional meetings, strategy sessions, and on-site technical seminars.
• Maintain external partnerships with manufacturers and industry experts.
