Job summary

Maximus is seeking an Analyst, Competitive Intelligence & Price to Win, to turn market data into strategic recommendations. You will analyze competitors, evaluate pricing strategies, and support pursuit of high-value opportunities.

This fully remote position offers bonus potential and comprehensive benefits, with a focus on rigorous research, data organization, and collaboration with bid teams to strengthen Maximus' competitive position.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in relevant field and 3+ years of experience.
Strong Excel, data cleanup, and attention to detail.
Ability to collect and organize award data, procurement details, and market intelligence.

Responsibilities

Conduct opportunity-focused customer and competitor research to support PTW assumptions and competitive positioning.
Collect, organize, and validate award history, procurement data, incumbent information, and relevant market intelligence.
Support competitive pricing analysis by compiling prior award data, pricing benchmarks, contract values, labor categories, and relevant cost drivers.
Assist in building and maintaining bid-specific competitive pricing databases, source logs, and evidence files.
Prepare draft charts, summaries, source extracts, and analysis packages for review by senior PTW team members.
Participate in pre-bid and RFP review discussions to capture risks, questions, assumptions, and information gaps.
