Maximus is seeking an Analyst, Competitive Intelligence & Price to Win to turn data into strategic insights. You will conduct opportunity-focused research, analyze competitors, and support pricing strategies to win high-value opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 3+ years of related experience or equivalent.
• Strong Excel, data cleanup, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience with research, data organization, pricing support, market analysis.

Responsibilities

• Conduct opportunity-focused customer and competitor research to support PTW assumptions and competitive positioning.
• Collect, organize, and validate award history, procurement data, incumbent information, and relevant market intelligence.
• Support competitive pricing analysis by compiling prior award data, pricing benchmarks, contract values, labor categories, and relevant cost drivers.
• Assist in building and maintaining bid-specific competitive pricing databases, source logs, and evidence files.
• Use analytical platforms, spreadsheets, and internal tools to support top-down, bottom-up, and parametric analyses under direction.
• Prepare draft charts, summaries, source extracts, and analysis packages for review by more senior PTW team members.
• Participate in pre-bid and RFP review discussions to capture risks, questions, assumptions, and information gaps.
• Support strategy sessions, customer value proposition workshops, and proposal team activities through research and data preparation.
• Maintain strong documentation standards to ensure analysis is traceable, current, and usable by the broader capture/proposal team.
