AML RightSource in the United States is seeking an experienced people leader to oversee AML/KYC operations and client deliverables. You will manage a 25+ analyst team, drive performance, quality, and timely delivery while shaping talent development and process improvements.

In this hybrid role, you will balance strategic advisory work with hands-on coaching, partner with clients and cross-functional teams, and ensure adherence to regulatory expectations and client Statements of Work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years in AML/KYC or financial crime compliance, with team leadership.
• Experience leading AML investigations, KYC reviews, and compliance operations.
• 2+ years direct people management in compliance or financial crime operations.
• Strong ability to drive performance, quality metrics, and service delivery.
• Proven project leadership, timeline creation, and cross-functional coordination.
• Ability to work hybrid from Highland Hills, OH or Phoenix, AZ.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a team of 25+ AML/KYC Analysts; drive performance and quality.
• Identify high-potential talent and prepare analysts for senior roles.
• Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and compliance quality.
• Serve as primary delivery partner for key clients and present insights.
• Support KPIs/KRIs and adherence to Statements of Work.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client feedback.
• Oversee day-to-day workflow, quality control, metrics and SLA achievement.
• Translate data-driven insights into actionable client recommendations.
• Support partners to deepen subject matter expertise in AML/KYC.
• Identify opportunities to expand services and advisory offerings.
• Contribute to best practices, playbooks and operational models.
