Job summary

AML RightSource is seeking an experienced people leader to oversee AML/KYC operations, guiding a 25+ analyst team in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. The role focuses on delivering client outcomes, quality assurance, and ongoing process improvements.

You will coach Analysts and Senior Analysts, develop talent, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet regulatory expectations and drive growth across our advisory services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree plus 5+ years in AML/KYC or financial crime, leading teams.
• Experience building and managing operational delivery and client expectations.
• Proven ability to drive performance metrics and ensure quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead 25+ AML/KYC analysts and oversee performance and quality.
• Manage client deliverables, KPIs, and SLAs across multiple engagements.
• Develop talent and implement process improvements for efficiency.
