AML RightSource is seeking a Senior Financial Crimes Investigator to detect financial crime activity, verify identities, and lead investigations with potential supervision of junior analysts. You will collaborate with clients to manage risk while upholding AML/BSA regulations and quality standards.

The role offers a work-from-home arrangement with core training, then standard hours, and a strong emphasis on independent decision-making in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Completed bachelor’s degree required.
• Ability to thoroughly investigate potentially suspicious activities, analyze findings, and prepare SARs in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Strong knowledge of financial or banking industries and related regulations and laws.
• Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to produce clear summaries.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed daily production goals with strong time management.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with ability to learn new technologies.
• Capable of multitasking, working independently, and collaborating in a team.
• Receptive to feedback and able to implement changes effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Identify data anomalies and red flags related to money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, and sanctions violations, escalating cases for review.
• Verify client identities to understand the relationship and ensure KYC compliance.
• Perform quality control (QC) tasks as needed.
• Assist with advanced responsibilities, including client communication and developing training materials.
• Provide independent support to analysts with workflow items and administrative tasks.
• Submit written work for review by internal and client quality control teams and apply feedback.
• Meet all deadlines and procedures for timely completion of tasks.
• Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented work environment.
• Comply with AML and other regulatory requirements and company policies.
