Job summary

AML RightSource is seeking an Analyst role focused on AML/KYC compliance and quality control. You will work with clients including banks to investigate unusual activity, prepare concise summaries, and review colleagues' work to ensure regulatory adherence.

You will also assist in supervising analysts, contribute to client-specific tool development, and maintain high standards of accuracy and organization in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 3+ years in AML/BSA or financial crime compliance.
• Excellent written and oral communication; ability to synthesize findings into clear reports.
• Experience planning and performing Quality Check/Quality Assurance.
• English language at least B2; able to communicate complex findings.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; quick learner of new tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analyze financial data to identify suspicious activity.
• Prepare clear summaries with recommendations and conclusions.
• Perform quality control reviews of Associate Analysts' work.
• Review client files and account activity for KYC/AML compliance.
• Support manager in supervising a team of analysts to meet quality and production goals.
• Assist with client communication, performance assessments, and development of client-specific tools and training.
• Provide guidance to analysts on workflow and administrative tasks.
• Ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and client requirements.
