AML RightSource is seeking a seasoned leader to manage AML/KYC operations and client delivery. The role will oversee a 25+ Analyst team, drive performance, and strengthen compliance processes in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in AML/KYC, demonstrated leadership, and the ability to navigate client expectations while scaling services across a global practice. Hybrid/remote work options offered, with periodic on-site collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of progressive AML/KYC or Financial Crime Compliance experience.
• Experience leading teams and managing operational delivery.
• Proven ability to manage client expectations and deliver results.
• Experience with KPIs/KRIs and regulatory expectations.
• Hybrid work capability from Highland Hills, OH or Phoenix, AZ.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 25+ AML/KYC Analysts; drive performance, quality, and accountability.
• Manage client delivery and relationships; present insights and operational recommendations.
• Oversee day-to-day workflow, quality control, metrics reporting, and SLA achievement.
• Identify high-potential talent and career progression within the team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client feedback and optimize outcomes.
