Otis Elevator Company is seeking a Americas Pricing Manager to shape price strategy and governance for New Equipment, Modernization and Service lines. This remote role collaborates with regional sales teams to improve price realization and drive profitable growth across the Americas.

You will partner with the Sr. Director of Pricing for Americas and the Global Pricing team to design, deploy, and measure pricing capabilities, governance, and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Marketing, Engineering or related discipline from an accredited college or university.
• 5+ years of experience in Pricing, Product Management or Strategic Marketing.

Responsabilités

• Develop annual pricing plans with alignment across pricing initiatives.
• Design pricing governance and ensure policy compliance across regions.
• Build pricing tools, analytics, and dashboards to drive insights.
• Support adoption of pricing strategies through training and stakeholder engagement.
