Job summary

Otis Worldwide Corporation is seeking a Americas Pricing Manager to work with the Senior Director of Pricing for the Americas and the Global Pricing team. The role focuses on designing and implementing price strategy, governance, and measurement across New Equipment, Modernization and Service lines in the Americas.

You will partner with regional sales and commercial teams to develop differentiated pricing, execute pricing capabilities, and drive profitable growth while maintaining pricing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of pricing, product management or strategic marketing experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual pricing plans and align initiatives with leadership.
• Design pricing capabilities, processes, and Deal Desk operations.
• Lead pricing governance and policy adoption across regions.
• Measure pricing KPIs and provide actionable insights to improve profitability.
• Collaborate with Sales, Commercial Excellence, and Digital teams on analytics and governance.
