Otis Elevator Co. is seeking a Americas Pricing Manager to partner with senior leaders and the global pricing team to design and execute price strategy across New Equipment, Modernization, and Service lines.

You will drive governance, analytics, and deal desk enablement to improve price realization and profitable growth. You will work with regional commercial and sales teams to implement pricing actions, develop annual plans, and translate strategy into executable pricing actions while balancing

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Marketing, Engineering or related discipline from an accredited college or university.
• 5+ years of demonstrated experience in Pricing, Product Management or Strategic Marketing.
• Experience in complex B2B industrial, capital equipment, building technologies, or recurring service businesses.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of influencing sales, commercial, and business leaders to drive profitable growth and pricing discipline.
• Experience translating pricing strategies into system, process, and operational requirements within CRM, CPQ, and pricing platforms.
• Experience leveraging AI, Gen AI, advanced tools to improve pricing insights, automated workflows and enhanced decision making to increase commercial effectiveness.

Responsabilidades

• Pricing Strategy & Commercial Partnership: Develop annual pricing plans and align on initiatives with leadership.
• Pricing Infrastructure & Governance: Design pricing processes, governance, and analytics across CRM, CPQ, ERP, and Deal Desk.
• Pricing Data, Tools & Dashboard Enablement: Build analytical tools and trusted data views for pricing governance.
• Price Execution & Commercial Adoption: Guide teams on pricing systems and decision-support tools to improve profitability.
• Performance, Insights & Continuous Improvement: Measure KPIs and provide actionable pricing recommendations.
