Canonical, a leading open source software company, seeks a Senior HR Generalist to support the AMER region in a remote-first role. You will partner with regional and global HR leaders to drive compliant HR operations, workforce planning, and employee relations across multiple countries.

You will champion talent development, onboarding, DEI initiatives, performance management, and HR policy design while collaborating closely with the Americas HR Manager and the Global Head of HR.

Qualifikationen

• Academic track record in both high school and university.
• HR initiatives across regions within a tech business.
• Experience in Latin America labor laws (Brazil/Mexico a plus).
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders.
• Hands-on in daily HR routines.

Aufgaben

• Deliver precise and compliant HR operations with high accuracy.
• Collaborate with Americas HR Manager and Global Head of HR to impact multiple regions.
• Oversee talent development, succession planning, onboarding, culture and engagement initiatives.
• Support performance management, organizational design, engagement, rewards and workforce planning.
• Partner with HRIS to refine day-to-day HR processes.
• Coach managers on employee relations across multiple countries.
• Work with managers to deliver training and development programs.
• Establish trusted regional HR partnerships.
• Drive DEI initiatives.
• Design and deliver global HR policies and projects.
