Job summary

Idukki is hiring a Sales Development Rep for AMER, focusing on outbound outbounding to DTC and Shopify Plus retail. The role is remote within the US and full-time, with the first hire on the ground to support AMER Account Executives.

You will drive outbound activities, aim for 12 SQLs per month, and help shape the outbound playbook alongside the AE and Head of Growth. Emphasis on cold-calling and rapid learning in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years SDR experience selling into US ecommerce or martech.
• Comfortable with first-on-the-ground ambiguity.
• Demonstrated outbound cold-call win rate (we will ask for a recording you're proud of)

Responsibilities

• Hit 12 SQOs / month.
• Build the AMER outbound playbook alongside the AE and Head of Growth.
• Run cold-call experiments.
• Live in the customer Slack channels post-close for two weeks to soak up vocabulary
