Job summary

Lifepoint Health is seeking a Clinical Adoption Analyst to educate providers and staff on the athena clinical system, focusing on workflows, quality standards, and regulatory needs. You will be the first line of support, coordinate training, and assist with go-live activities to ensure smooth adoption across facilities.

The role requires 1+ years of relevant experience, Athena familiarity, and willingness to travel up to 50% for implementation and training across markets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1+ years of relevant experience; 1 year of Athena experience required.
• Medical Assistant certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train providers and clinical staff on Lifepoint standard use of the athena clinical system.
• Assist clinicians as they use ambulatory systems to manage patient care.
• Review known issues and communicate with vendors and leadership as required.
• Provide go-live support for providers and clinical staff and ongoing training.
