Job summary

Lifepoint Health, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Adoption Analyst to educate providers on documentation within the EHR system, focusing on workflows, quality, and regulatory standards. This role serves as the first line of support for issues and manages provider scheduling following Lifepoint guidelines.

You will train clinicians and staff, coordinate go-live activities, and collaborate with vendors to ensure smooth system updates and change management. Overnight travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• Train and support clinicians and staff on Lifepoint processes and EHR usage.
• Provide first-line support for ambulatory systems and training.
• Coordinate go-live and end-user training activities.
• Collaborate with vendors and market leadership on system changes.

Responsibilities

• Train providers and clinical staff on Lifepoint standard use of the athena clinical system.
• Serve as first point of contact for clinicians using supported ambulatory systems.
• Coordinate scheduling, training logistics, and registration for classes.
• Provide go-live support and ongoing end-user training for new employees.
• Support vendor management of user access and regulatory compliance.
• Help manage scheduling templates and online provider schedules per Lifepoint guidelines.
• Assist with data imports, extracts, validation testing and data reviews.
• Act as division liaison for new provider additions and market campaigns.
