Qualifications

• 3 years of related administrative experience (waived if candidate has higher education).
• Ability to use specialized applications software and computer systems.
• Professional behavior and strong communication and human relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and patients for appointments and procedures.
• Verify patient demographic and insurance information; collect co-payments.
• Coordinate scheduling and referrals; prepare patient information for clinicians.
• Collaborate with insurers for pre-authorizations and testing as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with clerical duties as required.
