Job summary

CGK Linens is seeking an Amazon Growth Manager to own a diversified product portfolio across the US, Canada, Mexico, UK, Germany, and France. You will monitor performance, diagnose declines, and implement product-level improvements in pricing, promotions, listings, and conversion.

With 3+ years of Amazon growth experience, you will collaborate with PPC, operations, and finance to maximize sales and profits while delivering weekly KPI reports and data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience growing Amazon sales through your own business, business development or account management at Amazon or another marketplace.
• Deep knowledge of marketplace fundamentals, including listings and SEO, pricing, coupons and deals, Buy Box, inventory/FBA, advertising logic, and catalog issues.
• Strong business and P&L analysis skills, with the ability to assess whether growth is profitable.

Responsibilities

• Own a product portfolio across the US, CA, MX, UK, DE, and FR marketplaces, initially prioritizing the recovery of struggling US product lines.
• Monitor daily and weekly KPIs by market and product line, including revenue, units, margin, ACoS, TACoS, and stock coverage.
• Identify growth and declines, diagnose their causes, and implement improvements product by product.
• Drive pricing, coupons, deals, promotions, and listing improvements, including titles, images, A+ content, and keywords.
• Challenge and align with the PPC team on budgets and efficiency.
• Coordinate with operations to track inventory, inbound shipments, and stockout risks.
• Deliver weekly KPI reports on time with clear recommended actions.
• Support the hiring manager by handling the same tasks, enabling confident delegation of a full portfolio.
• Drive portfolio sales and profit growth, measured by revenue, units, and margin by product line; turn around struggling US product lines; and demonstrate proactivity through the number and quality of ideas proposed and implemented, along with speed of learning in the first 90 days.
