Job summary

GNO partners is seeking an Amazon Brand Growth Manager for a full-time remote role. You will research, develop and launch new products, expand into new marketplaces (Canada, UK, EU, with Japan potential), and drive client growth through data-driven Amazon strategies.

Requirements include 3+ years in Amazon FBA, product development and variations launching, EU/UK expansion, and strong communication with clients.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of Amazon FBA experience.
Proven experience in researching new products and identifying launch opportunities on Amazon (using H10/JS).
Proven experience with Amazon FBA product development.
Variations launching experience.
Expansion experience in Amazon EU & UK.
Deep understanding of Amazon's algorithms, product listing strategies, and ranking tactics.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on client success.
Knowledgeable in Google Sheets and formulas.
Strong project management skills with ability to plan and update client projects.

Responsibilities

Research, develop and launch new products and variations to expand the brands product lines on Amazon.
Manage Amazon product launch campaigns for new and existing products.
Help brands expand into new Amazon marketplaces.
Learn our Amazon business consulting system and program.
Meet with clients weekly.
Follow guides and training to plan growth paths and motivate clients to execute tasks.
Track progression and provide feedback to keep clients on track for success.
Provide insight to increase client retention and reduce churn.
Contribute to process improvements and SOP creation.
Attend weekly team meetings (mandatory).
