Job summary

GNO partners is seeking an Amazon Brand Growth Manager for a full-time remote role. You will research, develop, and launch products, manage launch campaigns, and expand the brand into new Amazon marketplaces, especially Canada, the UK, and the EU, with potential for Japan.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of Amazon FBA experience, strong Amazon PPC skills, and a proven ability to guide clients toward growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Amazon FBA experience.
• Experience researching and launching new products on Amazon.
• Experience launching variations on Amazon.
• Expansion experience in EU/UK markets.
• Deep understanding of Amazon algorithms, listing strategies and ranking tactics.
• Strong communication and client-success focus.
• Expert-level knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and growth strategies.
• Proficient with Google Sheets and formulas.
• Strong project management to plan client growth paths.
• Organized with strong prioritization across multiple meetings.
• Warm, friendly, and fun with a positive attitude.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Research, develop and launch new products and variations to expand brand lines on Amazon.
• Manage Amazon product launch campaigns (for both new and old products).
• Help brands expand into new Amazon marketplaces.
• Learn our Amazon business consulting system and program.
• Meet with clients weekly.
• Follow our guides and training to plan growth paths and motivate clients to execute.
• Keep the client on track for success: track progression and revise timelines as needed.
• Provide insight to increase client retention and reduce churn.
• Look at processes and contribute to SOP creation.
• Attend weekly team meetings (mandatory).
