Job summary

Zazu Digital Talent is seeking an experienced Amazon Growth Manager to accelerate growth for a US beauty and personal care brand. You will own launches, optimization, and organic rankings across the Amazon US marketplace, driving conversion and revenue growth.

You will work closely with the Marketplaces Director and specialists in PPC, CRO, and operations, taking ownership of opportunities and delivering results with clear weekly reporting.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience on US marketplace.
• Record of launches, rankings and listing optimizations.
• Strong PPC planning and optimization skills.

Responsibilities

• Own product launches from planning to organic rank.
• Improve rankings across listings and relaunch underperforming ASINs.
• Drive conversion and sales with copy, images, pricing and offers.
• Analyze SPP and Brand/Competitor data to focus efforts.
• Coordinate with PPC agency, CRO, and operations to execute plans.
• Provide clear weekly reporting on changes and impact.
